Frequently asked questions
When is an impression counted?+
When the banner is actually shown on screen. If the code loaded but the ad didn't open (e.g. a desktop-only format on a phone), nothing is charged.
Where can I use the code?+
On any website: HTML, WordPress, Tilda, Google Tag Manager, and ad servers such as Revive and Google Ad Manager.
What if someone copies my code?+
You can set a list of allowed sites for each banner — it won't show elsewhere and your balance won't be spent.
Can you make the creative?+
Yes. IMV MEDIA has produced 2D/3D animation and rich media banners since 2015. Message us on WhatsApp or by email.
Invoices and tax ID?+
Companies receive invoices. To top up your balance, write to office@imv.az.
