How can we help?

Getting started

How do I start?+

Sign up, click "New banner" in the dashboard, choose a format and upload your creative. When the banner is ready, copy the one-line code and paste it on your site.

How do I top up my balance?+

For now the IMV team tops up balances: write to office@imv.az or on WhatsApp and we'll send an invoice. Online card payments are coming soon.

Formats and files

Which files do I upload for a transparent animation?+

Transparent PNG frames exported from After Effects or another tool (a folder or a ZIP), or a transparent video (MOV ProRes 4444, WEBM). The system builds a light video automatically.

How large can files be?+

For video formats, up to 400 MB per file and animations up to 40 seconds. For image formats, up to 1.5 MB per image.

Which sizes should I choose?+

Recommended sizes are listed on each format page. Standard banners support all IAB sizes (300×250, 728×90, 300×600, 970×250 and more).

Placing the code

Where can I use the code?+

On any site: HTML, WordPress, Tilda, Google Tag Manager, Revive and Google Ad Manager. The dashboard has step-by-step instructions for each platform.

How do I split stats for several placements on one site?+

Add data-imv-placement="name" to the code (e.g. homepage, in-article). Stats are shown separately by site and placement.

Does the code work inside an ad server iframe?+

Yes. The code escapes a same-domain iframe and shows the banner on the main page. In Google Ad Manager, turn off SafeFrame for popup and catfish.

Stats and billing

When is an impression counted?+

For popup and catfish — when the banner opens on screen. For in-article formats — when at least half of the banner is visible for 1 second. You're charged only for counted impressions.

What is CPM?+

The price of 1,000 impressions. On IMV Ads it's 0.50 ₼, so 100 ₼ buys about 200,000 impressions.

What happens when the balance runs out?+

Delivery of all banners stops automatically and resumes by itself as soon as the balance is topped up.
